- I will not have a guarantor: Select this option if: You will be financially responsible for your lease and can provide income information. Please refer to the Rental Criteria for further requirements.
- I will have a guarantor: Choose this option if you have someone, typically a parent or guardian, who will be financially responsible for your lease agreement. The guarantor must reside in the United States and have a valid Social Security Number or ITIN.
- I am an International Student: If you are an international student, please select this option. International Student Applicants must use this application type.
