So glad you're here. Everything you need to get settled into your new home just minutes from Ole Miss is below — let's get you moved in.

Before Your Move-In Day
To expedite your move-in, make sure your first installment and all necessary fees are paid before you arrive. Here's what's due and when.
Early Move-In · July 24
Moving in early?
Pay your first month's rent, all move-in charges, and the $350 early move-in fee to be eligible for early move-in.
Due by July 20Standard Move-In
Moving in on the standard date?
Pay all required move-in charges ahead of your scheduled move-in.

- Go to the Resident Portal and select "Need to Sign Up?"
- Create your account with your email and a password you'll remember.
- Once you're logged in, select "Make a Payment" and add your account.
- Enter your payment details and submit your first installment.

Pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and manage your account from anywhere.
Heads up: Your first installment and move-in charges must be paid before your scheduled move-in date, so be sure to knock it out ahead of time.

Your Key
Download the DOOR App
Ivy & Elm uses electronic locks, so your phone is your key. Get the DOOR app set up before you arrive and you'll be able to walk straight into your apartment on move-in day.
Set it up in 3 steps
- Download the DOOR app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign up using the same email address that's on your lease — that's how your access gets matched to your apartment.
- Watch for the access invitation from our team and accept it to activate your mobile key.
Get the DOOR app
Unlock your apartment and community doors from your phone, and share guest access when you need to.
Heads up: Set this up before move-in day. If your invitation hasn't shown up or the app doesn't recognize your email, stop by the leasing office and we'll get it sorted.

Parking & Getting Around
There's plenty of on-site parking, plus EV charging stations. Skip the drive to class — the on-site campus bus stop takes you straight to Ole Miss.
Maintenance
Need something fixed? Submit a request anytime from the Resident Portal or app, and our on-site management team will take it from there.
After-hours emergency? We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance — call (662) 308-9869.
Packages & Perks
Deliveries land safely in the package room. Once you're in, go explore — the resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, study rooms and game lounges are all yours.
